Sheau Fong brings to the organisation over 30 years of regional experience in leading complex public and private sector development projects. At Kallang Alive Sport Management (KASM), she will lead the Design, Planning and Development team and spearhead the formulation and execution of the organisation’s design and masterplan for the Kallang Alive precinct. 

Prior to joining KASM, Sheau Fong was Senior Director at the Singapore Food Agency and held two portfolios: land and sea space planning, and food infrastructure development management. In a previous role, she served as Divisional Director at Sentosa Development Corporation and led a team of multi-disciplinary consultants to implement strategies for the island’s refresh and rejuvenation development projects. 

Sheau Fong teaches part-time at the College of Design and Engineering, National University of Singapore.
