Daryl is Chief Operating Officer at Kallang Alive Sport Management. He was appointed Deputy Chief Executive (Development) of Sport Singapore in February 2024 and is concurrently Chief (Kallang Alive Management Office) at Sport Singapore. He brings to his roles a wealth of experience in Government administration, finance and investment. 

Prior to this, he served at the Ministry of Transport as Director (Air Hub). He has also served in the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Finance and Temasek International, and was Head of the Forward Singapore Secretariat.
