Patrons are advised to arrive early as gates open at 6pm, 
check the event guide, and download their e-tickets in advance.


SINGAPORE, 17 MAY 2025 – For four spectacular nights this May, Singapore Sports Hub proudly welcomes Mother Monster, Lady Gaga to the National Stadium – her only stop in Asia. Taking the stage on 18, 19, 21, and 24 May 2025, the global pop icon is set to draw capacity crowds from across the region.

To ensure a smooth, safe and unforgettable experience, all fans – affectionately known as Little Monsters – are strongly encouraged to stay updated on event details by following Sports Hub’s official social media channels. We recommend that everyone attending the event take the time to familiarise themselves with the event guide, with special attention to the following key details:  

1. Travel light

Pack only essential items to ensure a smooth entry and help speed up security checks. For an even faster entry, patrons can go bagless to enjoy the express queue.

All patrons must note that the following items are not permitted (non-exhaustive list):

  • All cameras (including digital, video, polaroid and film)
  • All glassware and glass bottles
  • Flags, placards and banners with offensive slogans, political messages or advertisements
  • Bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 30cm
  • Fan boards exceeding A3 size (42cm x 29.7cm)
  • Soft toys exceeding A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm)
  • Binoculars exceeding A5 size (14.8cm x 21cm)

2. Take public transport and arrive early

Expect crowds and heavy traffic on event days due to the high volume of visitors. Ticket-holders are strongly advised to use public transport as parking spaces are limited, and to arrive early and enjoy a meal before the event starts.

  • Taxi/Private Hire: Drop-off points at Stadium Drive and Kallang Wave Mall
  • Bus: 
    • Bus Stop No. 80219 and 80211 - Services 10, 14, 16, 70, 196
    • Bus Stop No. 80199 - Service 11
  • MRT: Sports Hub is conveniently located near different MRT lines including
    • Circle Line: Stadium MRT Station (CC6)
    • East-West Line: Kallang MRT Station ( EW10)
    • Thomson-East Coast Line: Tanjong Rhu MRT Station (TE23)

3. Purchase original tickets and official merchandise only from authorised sellers

We would like to remind all patrons to purchase original tickets and official merchandise from authorised sources. Only tickets from the following legitimate marketplaces will be accepted: Ticketmaster, Klook and KrisFlyer. Concert-goers who are found to have purchased resale tickets will be turned away from the event, with no refunds given. 

Booths for official “Lady Gaga in Singapore” merchandise are located at OCBC Square. Ticket holders can also head to booths located at National Stadium Gate 2, and inside stadium concourse at Gate 3 and 21 (for Level 1 and Level 3 ticket holders). Patrons are not allowed to queue overnight and are advised to check the event guide for merchandise booth operating dates and hours. 
 

4. Activate your Global credentials on your Ticketmaster account

Patrons are reminded to activate their global credentials on their Ticketmaster account  in order to retrieve tickets ahead of the concerts. For more information, kindly visit Ticketmaster’s guide here.
 

5. Adhere to concert etiquette and guidelines 

For the safety and security of all fans, patrons are reminded to stay within the sections indicated on their ticket. To ensure everyone enjoys the event to the fullest, patrons are encouraged to be considerate, watch out for fellow concert-goers, see to that their clothing, costumes, or personal effects do not impede the view of nearby fans, and partner our staff whenever necessary to ensure an enjoyable experience for all!
