Sales & Administrative Coordinator
Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and sales support to our Sales team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process sales bookings and manage enquiries in a timely manner
- Assist in site visits and other administrative tasks including data entry
- Conduct market and industry research to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare sales and budgetary reports and presentations as required
- Assist in executing sales and other projects as required by Sports Hub
- Manage client relationship administration including invitations, suite-hospitality and procurement of gifts
- Provide general office administrative support including stationery and other purchases
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Good command of English
- Take initiative and able to work independently
- Friendly disposition
- Proficient in office software applications including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CRM and EBMS is an advantage
The level of appointment will depend on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
