Executive, Commercial
Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Executive, Commercial to provide support in the Commercial (Hospitality) team.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be a team member supporting the team, the responsibilities/accountabilities include:
- Establish and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders and key customer accounts to nurture and develop strong business relations with them, with the aim of achieving sustainable and fruitful partnerships.
- Manage and lead in strategising, planning and implementing relevant corporate narratives and partner development initiatives to cultivate and strengthen mindshare, corporate image and stakeholders’ feedback.
- Manage and engage in negotiations and related matters (e.g. ideation, legal, financial etc.) in deal-making and programmes from start to fruition.
- Execute and oversee the development of dashboard on deals and programmes reporting; maintain, track, review, anticipate monthly deals and programme performance; and take proactive remedial actions to ensure fulfilment of planned programmes and accounting for cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to create compelling value propositions for stakeholders and seek integration and efficiencies by leveraging organisation assets.
- Co-ordinate between Commercial Agents (CA) and KASM Commercial team on regular hospitality contract renewal cycles; ensure compliance within contract requirements; and maintain excellent servicing to suite licensees.
- Facilitate with third-party ticketing service panels to ensure excellent and efficient ticketing experience for customers.
As a Team Member, you will assist to operationalise the above responsibilities, according to the value and areas of contribution you can bring to the team.

In addition, the candidate should possess the following:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a business-related field
- Experience in business development, partnership and contract management will be an advantage
- Strategic, analytical, resilient, and equipped with strong stakeholder-focused mindset
- Strong networking aptitude and stakeholder management skills
- Independent with initiative and energy to deliver results that are timely, relevant and effective
- Effective inter-personal skills and the ability and confidence to work with people at all levels
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Resourceful and self-driven
- Enjoys and believes in the power of sport to transform lives. Passion/Interest in sports and entertainment business will be advantageous
