Do I need to have accounts with all three ticketing agents to buy tickets to different events at the Singapore Sports Hub?
To purchase tickets to an event at the Singapore Sports Hub, you must have an account set up with the authorised ticketing agent appointed to sell tickets for the event of your interest.
How do I purchase tickets to an event?
The simple and convenient process for booking a ticket begins with following the ‘Buy Tickets’ link from the relevant event page at www.sportshub.com.sg/events.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

May I use an electronic ticket (e-ticket) on my mobile for entry?
Yes, you may. To facilitate scanning and entry, please save your e-ticket as a PDF to enable enlarging the barcode on your ticket and brighten your screen during scanning.
Will I be able to collect my event tickets at the Singapore Sports Hub?
If the event promoter has authorised venue collection as a ticket delivery method, customers who selected venue collect at the point of purchase can collect their ticket order from host venue box office on the event day.
