Our aqua Fitness Classes
Aqua GOLD is a low-to-moderate intensity class. With the aim to build functional fitness. it focuses on cardiovascular exercises, muscle conditioning, flexibility, and balance.
Classes will be conducted in the shallow end of the pool (1.35m). Aqua dumbbells or pool noodles will be incorporated in the programme.
This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is a sure way to keep your heart pumping. Comprising intervals of high intensity exercises, the lesson comprises warm-up, 8rounds of cardio and resistance exercises, followed by cool down.
Deepwater exercises at the deeper end of the pool with the use of the floatation belt for non-impact cardiovascular resistance training. Overall body conditioning for balance and strength. Suitable for both swimmers and non-swimmers.
This is a 60-minutes of an amazing world of drum rhythm workout at the deeper end of the pool with the use of a floatation belt. The workout requires engaging the core for stability while combining various upper body intense drumming routines with lots of splashes that will definitely drum away the stress of the day.
