What are the opening hours of the Sports Hub Gym?
We are open from 7:00AM to 10:00PM, Monday to Sunday. As the venue may not be available for public usage on event days, we encourage you to check our ‘Announcements’ for the details before your visit.
Do I have to be in appropriate attire when using the gym?
Yes, you are required to be in proper workout attire to prevent any injuries and maximize your workout. An example of a proper workout attire include a lightweight t-shirt, gym shorts and covered shoes.
Are there lockers available?
Yes, lockers are available at no additional charges and they are located beside the changing rooms. Please note that all lockers have to be cleared by the end of the day.
Do I need to bring my own towel?
Yes, you are required to bring your own towel.
What are the payment modes available?
We accept cash, NETS and credit card (VISA and MasterCard) payments.
Is there a minimum age to use the gym?
Yes, the minimum age for entry is 18 years old (based on date of birth).

What are the different types of gym passes available for purchase?
We offer 2 different passes and they include 30-Day Gym Pass and 30-Day Gym + Fitness Combo Pass.
Where can I purchase the gym pass?
You may purchase the gym pass at Sports Hub Gym located at the OCBC Arena (Level 2). You will need to produce a valid photo ID for verification when making the purchase.
Are the gym passes transferable?
The gym passes are non-transferable and you are required to produce a valid photo ID for each visit.
I have lost my gym pass. What should I do?
There will be a replacement fee of S$20 for each lost card and you may request for a replacement card at the Sports Hub Gym.
I am unable to attend the classes due to a medical condition. Can I request for an extension of the validity period?
Extensions are granted on a case-by-case basis and you may send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
or contact us at +65 6653 9190 (Monday to Sunday, 7:00AM to 10:00PM). Please be informed that you are required to produce your medical certificate for verification and the request must be made prior to the expiry date of the pass.
Will I be entitled to any refund of the pass if the gym is closed for events?
No, the validity period of the passes will be extended accordingly to account for any closure of the gym.
Do you allow Personal Trainers to conduct their training sessions at the gym?
Yes, Personal Trainers may conduct their training sessions at the gym.
Does the gym provide any personal training services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any personal training services.
I am a Personal Trainer. How can I conduct my training sessions at the gym?
You and your client must be a member of our gym and a personal trainer fee of $25 is payable for each client. Please note that each training session is limited to one hour and you are allowed to train up to a maximum of 2 clients per session.
Can we use the gym facilities after the personal training session?
You and your client will be required to purchase a 30-Day Gym Pass or pay a per entry rate to use the gym facilities.
