Learn-To-Play Training Programme (LTP) – Beginners to intermediate
A specially formulated programme to empower and equip amateurs with the knowledge and skills needed to learn the fundamentals of basketball as fast as possible.
Competitive Training Programme (CTP) - Intermediate to Advance
Our CTP is designed with the intent to enhance the basketball capabilities and efficiency of our trainees on the court through situational and positional drills.
About The Instructor
Scholar Basketball Academy (SBA)
The Sports Hub Basketball Class will be conducted by SBA Head Trainer Wong Wei Long and several other senior trainers such as Wu Qing De and Leon Kwek. Through a wide variety of innovative drills and skills-specific trainings, SBA aims to assist our trainees in becoming a better player and perform to the best of their ability. The principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship are instilled in them through the trainings. These are not only applicable on the basketball court, but also in life.
We greatly believe that a skilful individual brings value to the game, but a great character IMPACTS the world.

Sports Hub Basketball Academy
How can I register for the sessions?
What are the available sessions for registration?
What will I expect to learn at the different levels?
Training will focus on body movement, psychomotor skills and fundamental skills such as basic ball handling and footwork. This is to prepare the trainees for the next phase where they will learn more about the game.
Trainees will undergo tougher skills training which will hone fundamental skills and improve the ability to read and react swiftly to in-game situations while learning basic in-game plays needed to compete in a full basketball match.
Complex and demanding drills will be introduced to the trainees, taking them out of their comfort zone. The training will put the trainee’s capabilities to the test and improve overall performance. Trainees will be taught advanced teamplay strategies commonly used across local and international teams.
