As part of the Venues team and reporting to the Assistant Director, the position of Assistant Manager, Venues and Events OCBC Arena will support the establishment and day-to-day operations of the OCBC Arena. Working closely with stakeholders, partners and the community at large, the successful candidate will work closely with management to deliver the operations of the facility on both a day-to-day and an event mode basis for the benefit of the public of Singapore, elite athletes and visiting guests.

Reporting to OCBC Arena Management the duty supervisors are to assist public with matters such as wayfinding and ensuring participants have not overstayed their booking periods. Provide assistance in logistics and any other daily operational and venue matters that may arise.

Fitness Admin (Part-Time) will work closely with management to deliver the operations of the Gym on both a day-to-day and an event mode basis.

As part of the Venues & Events Management and reporting to the Assistant Director, the position of Executive, Singapore Indoor Stadium will support the planning and operations of events and day to day activities at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. The role has a heavy focus on coordinating the events that take place, requiring a strong communicator to bring together all aspects of the service delivery to provide a safe and memorable event for spectators and venue hirers.

As part of the Venues team and reporting to the Venue Assistant Director, the position of Venue Executive will support the establishment, day-to-day and event operations of the Water Sports Centre.
