G.H.Y Culture & Media Holding Co., Limited, is proud to announce that Jay Chou (“周杰伦”) will be bringing his Carnival World Tour back to Singapore on 17 and 18 December 2022 at the Singapore National Stadium.
The Jay Chou Carnival World Tour celebrates Mando-pop King Jay Chou’s more than 20 years of achievement in the music industry. With his return to the live stage in Singapore, fans can expect a visually energising representation of his much-loved songs.

Vaccination Requirement
- In accordance with the latest Community Safe Management Measures by Ministry of Health (MOH), patrons will no longer be required to do Pre-Event Testing (PET) to attend Jay Chou Carnival World Tour on 17 and 18 December, 2022.
- Please note that Jay Chou Carnival World Tour is a vaccinated-only event. You will still be required to show valid proof of vaccination as a condition of entry into the venue. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated will be denied entry (with or without valid PET)
Safe Management Measures*
- Patrons must have the TraceTogether App/Token to check-in to Safe Entry.
- All patrons are required to wear their face masks at all times.
- Patrons are not allowed to intermingle with other groups.

Admission Policy
- Admission to the venue by valid ticket and proof of vaccination
- No outside food and drinks are allowed in the venue. Disposable bottles must be discarded prior to entering the venue
- Liquid containers and personal water bottles are not permitted
- Bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 30cm are not allowed into the venue
- Noise makers are not permitted in the venue (including but not limited to: air horn, whistle, etc.)
- Flags, placards with offensive slogans or advertisement are not permitted
Child Policy
- Children aged 6 and above must purchase a ticket for admission.
- No admission for infant in arms and children aged below 6 years old.
Audio, Photography & Videography Policy
- No professional photography and videograpy are allowed
- Strictly no cameras, video cameras, GoPros, iPads and tablets
- No selfie sticks, tripods and monopods
