Is there a minimum age to participate in the Experience Sports Programmes?
Yes, you will need to be at least 7 years old and above (as of 31 December 2020). Parental supervision is required for participants below the age of 12 years old.
Do I have to pay to participate in any of the Experience Sports Programmes?
Most Experience Sports programmes are FREE for members of public, unless otherwise stated.
What are the safe management measures implemented for the Experience Sports Programmes?
- Group size is limited to a maximum of 5 participants
- No mixing between different groups throughout the sessions/classes
- Participants must stay within the allocated zone (if any) at all times
- Participants must maintain a safe distance of at least 2 metres while exercising in general and at least 3 metres during high intensity movement exercises
- Masks must be worn at all times except when exercising
- Regulated access will be implemented at the programme venue
- Compulsory registration for the desired slot on ELXR® app before attending the session.
- Registration via SafeEntry and temperature screening is necessary for all participants before entry to the programme venue
- Participants will be denied entry if they exhibit flu-like symptoms (e.g. cough, fever with temperature at 38-degree Celsius or more) or is currently on Stay Home Notice / Quarantine Order due to COVID-19.
I am interested to participate in the Experience Sports Programmes. What should I do?
You may register to participate in the Experience Sports Programmes through the ELXR app, available for download on from the App Store or Google Play, or refer to the ELXR® app user manual

Can I walk-in if I have not registered for the session?
No, all participants are required to register for a slot through the ELXR® App prior to the session.
Can I attend the programme(s) with my friends?
Yes, however all programmes have a capacity limit and participants will be split into groups of 5 – no choosing of groups will be entertained.
Different coloured wristbands will be issued and worn by participants of different groups in each zone for identification. No intermixing of participants between zones is allowed. Participants are to stay within their assigned zone.
There should be no socialisation beyond the sessions.
Can I register on behalf of my friends and family?
No, participants may only register for their desired sessions through their individual ELXR® account.
If I am unable to attend the session, can I transfer the slot to someone else?
No, registrations are non-transferable. We strongly encourage you to register for a session only if you are able to attend. If you have registered for the session and would not be able to attend it due to personal reasons, please release the slot by clicking on “NOT GOING” at least 24 hours before the commencement. Participants who repeatedly miss the sessions more than twice may face a temporary suspension.
Will I still be allowed to participate if I am late?
Participants who do not check-in within the first 10 minutes of the session will have their slot automatically cancelled and released for others to book and attend.
Am I required to bring my own equipment?
If you are participating in any of our Yoga sessions, please bring along your own yoga mat. You are also encouraged to bring a sports towel and water bottle to keep yourself hydrated.
Is there a locker facility?
Participants are encouraged to travel light as there are no lockers available at the programme venue.
Are there toilets available?
Yes. Toilets will remain open to the public but participants are encouraged to visit the toilet only before or after the session to avoid disruption to the programme.
What time does check-in open for each session?
Check-in opens 35 minutes before the start of each session. We advise all participants to check-in early to ensure there is enough time for all the necessary processes to take place.
The session looks empty, why can’t I participate?
We are regulating access to all sessions to ensure adequate personal space among participants. We advise all participants to register for their slots in advance to avoid disappointment.
In the event of inclement weather, what should I do?
Sessions held at Stadium Roar or Stadium Riverside Walk will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. For sessions held at other locations, please check our Facebook
page 45 minutes prior to the commencement of the session for the latest updates on relocation / cancellation.

How do I participate in the Experience Sports Rewards Programme?
Simply download the ELXR® App (available on the App Store/Google Play) and register for an account if you are a new user.
- Once you’re through, click on the “Community” tab
- Select your desired programmes on the page
- Click the “GOING” button at least 2 hours before the session begin (Limited slots available on a first-come, first-served basis)
- Simply approach our friendly staff on duty and they will assist in the attendance taking
- Earn points and redeem exclusive rewards!
How can I earn the points for these programmes?
You will need to register for the sessions via ELXR® App prior to the commencement of these programmes and attend the session to earn 25 points per session. Please ensure that you present your unique QR code to our team when you register at the registration booth and stand a chance to redeem a reward, while stocks last, for every tier you have achieved.
Can I have more than one account on the ELXR App?
Yes, you may register for more than 1 account; however, please note that you will not be able to combine or transfer the points among the accounts.
Can I earn points if I register for the session and did not attend it?
No, only participants who have registered for the programmes via ELXR® App and attended the sessions will be able to earn the points.
Is there an expiry date for my reward points?
Yes, all reward points will expire on 31 December 2020.
What are the rewards I can redeem using my reward points?
You may redeem your points for rewards* in the respective tiers:

- Tier 1 (500 points)

How do I redeem the rewards?
Once you have achieved the minimum points required for the tiers, you may approach our team at the programme registration booth to redeem your rewards.
Why am I prompted to key in a 4-digit code when I attempt to redeem my rewards in the ELXR® App?
You will need to redeem the rewards at the registration booth and the 4-digit code will be keyed in by our team during the redemption.
Can I redeem for more than one reward?
Yes, there will be no restrictions on the number of rewards you can redeem for each tier.
Is there a deadline for the redemptions of the rewards?
All rewards must be redeemed by 31 December 2020 and the redemptions will be on a first come, first served basis (while stocks last).
Can I request for a refund or exchange of the rewards after the redemption?
You will not be able to request for a refund or exchange of the rewards after redemption and there will be no replacement for any lost, damaged or stolen rewards.
How do I check my available points for redemptions?
You may access your account by logging into the ELXR® App and select “My Rewards” to view your points balance.
Will I be able to retrieve the history of my points transactions?
You will be able to view the current and past transactions under “Points Balance” when you log in to the ELXR® App.
Can I retrieve my points balance if I lost my account?
Points in lost accounts will not be retrievable. Please click on “Forgot Password” to reset your password or contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have problem accessing your account.
What should I do if I am unable to register for the programmes on the ELXR® App?

Garmin Sports Sessions Lucky Draw
How do I participate in the monthly Garmin Sports Sessions lucky draw?
You can simply register for the Garmin Sports Sessions via the ELXR® App. You will earn one monthly lucky draw chance for every session attended.
How will winners of the Garmin Sports Sessions lucky draw be notified?
An email with the details of the redemption process will be sent to all winners by the 2nd week of the following month.
Is there a deadline for the redemption of the Garmin Sports Sessions lucky draw prizes?
All prizes must be redeemed within one month from the date of the redemption email. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited without any liability on our part.
ELXR Fitness Assessment
What is the ELXR Fitness Assessment?
It is a fitness assessment that enables you to discover your health and improve fitness through 9 different exercise stations, based on international guidelines and standards guided by professional coaches.
What can we expect at the ELXR Fitness Assessment?
You'll be able to discover your health and fitness level in the assessment. After which, the coaches will design an exclusive and unique training catered to your assessment results. You can expect to work towards a healthier and fitter you accurately as the assessment enables you to identify areas of weaknesses which you can focus and work towards.
When will the ELXR Fitness Assessment be held?
The assessment will be held on a regular basis. You may visit our website

What is the duration for the ELXR Fitness Assessment?
The duration for the assessment will run for approximately 1.5 hours.
Where will the ELXR Fitness Assessment be held at?
The ELXR Fitness Assessment will be held at Gate 2, 100PLUS Promenade, where our daily free Experience Sports Programmes will be held.
Do I need to register for the ELXR Fitness Assessment?
Yes, you will need to register for the ELXR Fitness Assessment through our Online Booking System (OBS)
. If you are a new user, please be informed that you will need to create an account prior to registration.
How do I know if my registration is successful?
Upon successful registration, the booking confirmation will be sent to you via email. We will also be sending a confirmation email with more information at least 3 days before the commencement of the session.
What should I do if I do not receive the booking confirmation?
The email might have been blocked by your email server and/or is treated as a spam email. If you are unable to locate the email in your 'Spam' folder, please contact us via email@example.com
and provide your name and email address used for the booking and we will assist you with the registration.
Do I need to pay for the ELXR Fitness Assessment?
No, the ELXR Fitness Assessment is FREE.
What is the maximum capacity for the ELXR Fitness Assessment?
The maximum capacity is 30 participants.
If I arrive later than the stated timing, can I participate in the assessment?
While you may participate in the assessment, please note that you may not be able to try out all 9 fitness modalities. Hence, to ensure that you have sufficient time to complete all 9 fitness modalities, we will strongly encourage that you arrive prior to the stipulated timings.
Are there any age restrictions to participate in the ELXR Fitness Assessment?
Yes, participants are required to be 16 years old and above (as of 31 December 2019) to participate in the fitness assessment.
What should I prepare for ELXR Fitness Assessment?
Participants are required to dress in comfortable sports attire that include shorts, t-shirts and sports shoes. We also encourage all participants to bring the following items:
- Personal handphone (Compulsory. All participants will be required to bring along their personal handphone to track your progress on the ELXR App)
- Water Bottle
- Personal medication (if any)
What happens during inclement weather?
The ELXR Fitness Assessment is a rain or shine event, so the assessment will continue regardless of the weather condition.
Will there be any baggage deposit service?
No, we do not offer any baggage deposit service and will encourage you to travel light.
