Event Policy

Security Checks And Admission Rules

  • Full printed or electronic tickets must be presented for admission to the show/venue.
  • There will be security checks at designated security check points, so patrons are advised to arrive early.
  • The following will not be allowed into the venue:
    • Outside food and drinks 
    • Bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 30cm (i.e. too large to be stored under a seat)
    • Noise makers including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.
    • Flags, placards, banners with offensive slogans, political messages or advertisement
    • Fan boards sized bigger than 29.7cm x 43cm (A3)
    • Non-collapsible umbrellas
    • Chairs and stools
    • Laptops, iPads and Tablets
    • Gifts and flowers
    • Rackets (squash, tennis, badminton)
    • Racket bags
  • Patrons with prohibited items such as vapes and camera will be denied entry.
  • Food & beverages are available for sale inside the venue.
  • Water bottles (excluding glass bottles) are allowed and must be emptied before entering the venue.
     

Child Policy

  • Children aged 3 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.
  • No entry for children below 3 years old.
     

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

  • No professional photography and videography.
  • Strictly no cameras (including digital, video, polaroid and film cameras), zoom lens, GoPros, iPads and tablets.
  • No camera equipment (including selfie sticks, tripods, monopods and gimbals).
  • Live streaming of event is prohibited.
