SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR IN SINGAPORE

To ensure a smooth experience at the SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR IN SINGAPORE on 25 & 26 January 2025 at the National Stadium, please take note of the following important information.

Heading To The National Stadium On Event Day
As we are expecting high volume of visitors on event day, we strongly recommend that you take public transport and come early. For public transport options, check out www.sportshub.com.sg/directions-and-map.

Wet Weather Advisory
Rain is expected, so please come prepared! We recommend bringing your own collapsible umbrella or a poncho to stay dry and comfortable while enjoying the concert. Please note that non-collapsible umbrellas are not allowed in the National Stadium due to safety reasons.

Box Office Hours
The Kallang Wave Mall Box Office will be operating from 10AM to 7:30PM on the day of the event.

Venue collection for this event: Strictly for same-day collection only. Collection for other events will not be permitted. 

Reprint of tickets: Priority will always be given to ticket holders attending the same-day event.

Ticket Resolution
Ticket Resolution will be available at the National Stadium and will be operating from:

• Gate 6: 4:30PM to 7:30PM 
• Gate 18: 3PM to 7:30PM

Security Checks & Admission Rules

• Full printed or electronic tickets must be presented for admission to the show/venue.
• There will be security checks at the designated security checkpoints. Ticket holders are advised to check the gate number on their tickets in advance, arrive early and head to the designated security checkpoints on arrival.
• All ticket holders can enter the venue when gates open at 4.30PM.
• The following will not be allowed into the venue:     
  • Outside food and drinks 
  • All glassware and glass bottles 
  • Bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 30cm (i.e., too large to be stored under a seat)
  • Noise makers including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.
  • Flags, placards and banners with offensive slogans, political messages or advertisement regardless of size
  • Fan boards exceeding 29.7cm x 42cm (A3)
  • Stuffed toys exceeding 21cm x 29.7cm (A4)
  • Chairs and stools
  • Non-collapsible umbrellas
  • Flowers and gifts
  • Laptops, tablets and digital readers
  • Light sticks exceeding 40cm
• Water bottles (excluding glass bottles) are allowed and must be emptied before entering the venue.
• Ticket holders with prohibited items such as vapes and professional cameras will be denied entry.
• For safety reasons, wheelchairs are prohibited on the Concert Floor (Level 1). Tickets holders with mobility difficulty, please reach out to the Ticketmaster Singapore at least 1 day before for assistance otherwise please contact venue staff if you require assistance during the event day.  
• Food & beverages are available for sale inside the venue.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with security check requests.
   

VIP Soundcheck Party

• Entrance for VIP ticket holders is located at Gate 13 & 22. 
• Entry to the venue is subjected to security checks. Ticket holders can proceed to the security checkpoint at Stadium Roar when it opens at 2:30PM (Strictly no overnight queueing is allowed).
• Gates for the VIP Soundcheck Party will open at 3PM and Soundcheck Party will commence at 4PM.
• All VIP ticket holders are required to present their valid ticket (physical/printed copy/e-ticket) for verification purposes into the venue.
• VIP exclusive items (including VIP laminate & lanyard, postcard and pouch) will be given out upon entry into the venue. Any uncollected items on the day will be forfeited. 
• VIP ticket holders are to be seated at their designated seats printed on their ticket.
• Latecomers who arrive after 4.15pm will not be able to join the soundcheck party and will be admitted together with the General ticket holders. 
• Strictly no photography and videography during the VIP Soundcheck Party. Ticket holders found taking photos/videos will be escorted out of the venue.
• All VIP ticket holders will remain in the venue after the Soundcheck Party until the show starts. Strictly no re-entry is allowed.
   

General Seated Admission

• Ticket holders can enter the venue when the gates open at 4:30PM via the respective gate number printed on their tickets. 
• Entry to the venue is subject to security check.
   

Child Policy

• No admission for infants in arms and children aged below 3 years old.
• Children aged 3 years and above must purchase a ticket for admission.

 
Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

• No professional photography and videography are allowed.
• Strictly no cameras (including digital, video, polaroid and film cameras), GoPros, iPads and tablets.
• No camera equipment, zoom lens (including mobile phone zoom lens attachments), selfie sticks, gimbals, tripods and monopods. 
• Live streaming of the event including video calls is prohibited.
   

Merchandise Booth

• Location: OCBC Square, from 10AM to 11PM (while stocks last)
• Payment Terms:  Contactless Payment via PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, AMEX, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Android Pay.
• Please present your tickets for verification. Only ticket holders with a valid ticket on event day are allowed to access the dedicated VIP Merchandise Booth lane.

• No carriers will be provided. Please bring your own bag.
• Refunds/exchanges are only applicable to damaged or defective items that are purchased at the concert site, so please check your items before leaving the counter.
• Strictly no refunds/exchanges will be made once you leave the counter. 
• The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.⁠
   

Lightstick Pairing Booth

• North Plaza (Level1), from 12PM to 6PM 
• National Stadium Gate 3, from 4.30PM to 7PM 
   

Carat Zone

• Location: OCBC Square, from 10am to 4pm (while stocks last)
• Present your valid concert ticket (mobile or physical) for verification. Redemption is only allowed on the show day indicated on your tickets only.  
• Bring your ID (non-transferrable) for verification.
  • Singapore Citizens: NRIC or driver’s license only. 
  • Non-Singapore Citizens: Physical Passport ONLY. Mobile and screenshots are NOT accepted. 
• CARAT MEMBERSHIP CARD (GLOBAL ONLY)  - Only membership cards in the membership holder’s name are accepted. Proxy receipt is not allowed. 
  • Membership cards can be verified both through the Weverse app mobile card and the physical card. Screenshots are NOT accepted.
  • Please ensure the name on your ID matches the one on your membership.
  • Membership cards other than the Bongbongee version must be valid to claim rewards. If your mobile card has expired, you must re-purchase your membership.
  • Membership is strictly non-transferable.
• Photocards are given out at random, strictly no exchanges are allowed.
