To ensure a smooth experience Ado WORLD TOUR 2025 “Hibana” Powered by Crunchyroll in Singapore on 21 May 2025 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, please note the following measures.
 
Heading To The Singapore Indoor Stadium on Event Day
As we are expecting high volume of visitors on event day, we strongly recommend that you take public transport and come early. For public transport options, check out www.sportshub.com.sg/directions-and-map.

Box Office
The Singapore Indoor Stadium Box Office will be operating from 5PM to 8:30PM on the day of the event. 

Security Checks and Admission Rules

• Full printed or electronic tickets must be presented for admission to the show/venue.
• There will be security checks at designated security check points, ticket holders are advised to arrive early.
• Re-entry is not allowed for this event.
• The following will not be allowed into the venue:
  • Outside food and drinks 
  • Bags exceeding the dimension of 35cm x 20cm x 30cm (i.e., too large to be stored under a seat)
  • Non-collapsible umbrella 
  • Fan boards, banners and posters larger than 29.7cm x 42cm (A3 size)
  • Glow sticks
  • Collapsible and non-collapsible umbrellas
  • iPads, Tablets and Laptops
  • Noise makers including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.
  • Flags, placards and banners with offensive slogans, political messages or advertisements regardless of size
• Water bottles (excluding glass bottles) are allowed and must be emptied before entering the venue.
• Ticket holders with prohibited items such as vapes and cameras will be denied entry.
• Ticket holders may deposit their items at the deposit counter for a non-refundable fee of S$10 per item. The deposit counter will operate from 5:30PM and closes 30 minutes after the show ends. Please note that we will only accept VISA, Mastercard and PAYNOW as payment methods. Cash payments will not be accepted and payment via AMEX and NETS is not available.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with security check requests.
• Any photography, videography, and mobile phone recording are strictly prohibited once inside the venue. Ticket holders who violate this policy may be asked to delete any captured content. Repeated violations may result in removal from the venue.

HIBANA Package Admission     

• Patrons can enter the venue when the doors open at 6PM via Premier and Premier West Entrance at Level 1.
• Collection of VIP exclusive items will be located outside Singapore Indoor Stadium from 4PM to 9:30PM. Redemption by full ticket only, printed / electronic tickets must be produced. Any uncollected items on the day will be forfeited. 
• Entry to the venue is subject to security check.

General Seated Area Admission

• Patrons can enter the venue when the doors open at 6PM via Premier and Premier West Entrance at Level 1, and the North and East Entrances at Level 2.
• Entry to the venue is subject to security check.

Child Policy

• No admission for infants in arms and children below 4 years old.
• Children aged 4 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

• NO photos, NO videos and NO recordings of any kind are allowed before, throughout and after this concert. If we have anyone uncooperative, Ado Box will be deactivated. Consequently, you will not have visual access to Ado, only her voice. We appreciate your cooperation.
• Strictly no camera of all kinds (including digital, video, polaroid and film cameras), GoPros, iPads and tablets.
• No camera equipment, zoom lens, selfie sticks, gimbals, tripods and monopods.

Merchandise Booth

• Location: North Plaza, Level 1 (sheltered area near the MRT)
• Operating Hours: From 10AM (while stocks last)
• Payment Terms: Contactless payments only. Strictly no cash accepted. We accept PayNow, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
• Refunds/exchanges are only applicable to damaged or defective items that are purchased at the concert site, so please check your items before leaving the counter.
• Strictly no refunds/exchanges will be made once you leave the counter. 
• The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.⁠
