Singapore Sports Hub is seeking a creative and adaptable Marketing Executive to oversee the development of marketing campaigns and support venue marketing efforts with the aim of increasing brand awareness and driving footfall to Singapore Sports Hub. This role encompasses creative, analytical and administrative responsibilities, and will need to work closely with internal teams and appointed agencies on a daily basis.
The Legal Manager will support and assist the Legal Affairs, Risk & Compliance department in managing and dealing with all legal issues related to the management and operation of the Singapore Sports Hub.
To oversee and refine where relevant the legal and compliance strategy for Global Spectrum Pico (Spectra), anticipating and identifying needs, create plans and processes, advising on good practice and to manage Contract and Compliance department. To liaise with internal and external partners and stakeholders, regulatory bodies and relevant third parties in ensuring that Spectra applies the highest level of compliance on all levels, and ultimately meets all company contractual obligations.
The Contract & Compliance Director is responsible for the provision of timely advice/guidance to Spectra Management together with the management of compliance processes and procedures applicable to Spectra, pursuant to its Sports Hub Venue Operating Contract (VOC) and for managing and overseeing internal audit, risk management, PDPA, quality service programs and functions, and miscellaneous projects and tasks.
As part of the Venues team and reporting to the Director – National Stadium, the position of Assistant Manager – National Stadium will support the day-to-day and event operations of what aims to be one of the world’s leading sports and leisure facilities. Working closely with stakeholders, partners and the community at large, the successful candidate will work closely with management to deliver the operations of the facility on both a day-to-day and an event mode basis for the benefit of the public of Singapore, elite athletes and visiting guests.
This position is an integral member of the Contract and Compliance department, reporting to Director or Senior Director of Contract & Compliance, managing legal, contractual, operational and quality management compliance matters related to Global Spectrum Pico (Spectra) for Singapore Sports Hub.

The Assistant Operations Manager, Customer Care, is responsible to recruit, coach and develop an effective team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exemplary customer experience.
Reporting to OCBC Arena Management the duty supervisors are to assist public with matters such as wayfinding and ensuring participants have not overstayed their booking periods. Provide assistance in logistics and any other daily operational and venue matters that may arise.
The Venue Tours Guide will lead and showcase the various aspects of the Singapore Sports, heritage and history of the site.
Fitness Admin (Part-Time) will work closely with management to deliver the operations of the Gym on both a day-to-day and an event mode basis.
