The Sports & Community Programming Department is responsible for the overall management and execution of the project’s Sports & Community Programming objectives which sets out to implement the “PLAY” component of the project’s WATCH, SUPPORT & PLAY Sports Strategy.
As part of the Venues and Events team and reporting to the Fitness Manager, the position of Fitness Professional (Part-Time) will support the establishment and day-to-day Gym operations of what will be one of the world’s leading sports and leisure facilities.
The Communications Assistant Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of media engagement and outreach campaigns for events based at and/or related to the Singapore Sports Hub. This includes monitoring news related to the venue, drafting corporate/publicity messages, and the managing of reporters and media queries.
Working closely with the Precinct team, stakeholders (internal and external), hirers, partners and the community at large, the successful candidate will work closely with management to deliver the facility operations on both day-to-day and event mode basis for the benefit of the public of Singapore, visiting guests as well as coordinating and liaising with hirers and promoters.
Singapore Sports Hub is looking for Customer Care Officers to attend to enquiries and feedback received in person, via telephone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner. You will have the opportunity to work in various venues throughout the Sports Hub.
The selected candidate will implement and manage sales initiatives related to event and venue booking. He/she will identify, analyses and follow up sales opportunities and enquiries for the venue, including the provision of professional event related advice.
Reporting to OCBC Arena Management the duty supervisors are to assist public with matters such as wayfinding and ensuring participants have not overstayed their booking periods.
