SINGAPORE SMASH 2022 EVENT GUIDE

Join us and be part of history at the historical Singapore Smash in March 2022.

To ensure a smooth experience on the day of the event, please note the following.

Date: 7 - 20 March 2022
Venue: OCBC Arena


Entry Requirement

  • All event attendees must be fully vaccinated and must submit the proof of a negative self-administered ART test result before entry into OCBC Arena.
  • Individuals who are either (1) recovered from a COVID-19 infection within the past 180 days regardless of vaccination status, (2) medically ineligible for COVID-19 vaccination, (3) unvaccinated children aged 12 and below, can attend the event, and will also have to submit a negative self-administered ART test result before entry into OCBC Arena.
  • Valid proof of vaccination and your acknowledgement of a negative test result submission from WTT is required as a condition of entry into the venue.
  • National Flags of Russia and Belarus are not permitted into Venue. This is in accordance with WTT guidelines.

Child Policy

  • No admission for infants and children aged below 6 years of age.
  • Children aged between 6 and 12 must purchase a ticket for admission and must be accompanied by an adult.

Heading to the OCBC Arena on match day

  • Before you make your way to the OCBC Arena, check that you have:
    • An updated Trace Together App/ Token to check in to SafeEntry.
    • A mobile device with call and internet service to access your PET result and Vaccination Status.
    • A self- administered ART test must be submitted within 24 hours of their session date and session end time – each match within a session is estimated to take approximately 45-60 minutes.
    • Test must be submitted here.
    • A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful submission and will be checked, along with your Vaccination Status via the Trace Together APP, by security prior to entry into the OCBC Arena.
  • Please arrive at your designated entry time. If you miss it, you may have to wait a little longer but we will get you to your seat as swiftly as we can.
  • Travel light as there are no bag deposits at this event. Please refrain from bringing your water bottle as consumption of water is not allowed in the venue in accordance with government guidelines.

When you are inside the OCBC Arena Hall

  • Help us keep this a safe event for all by observing these simple safe management measures:
    • Patrons will be seated together with no social distancing between seats. All patrons are required to wear their face masks at all times.
    • Stay within your designated seat and zone.
    • Refrain from mingling and moving around during game time.
  • Do note that:
    • Food and beverages (F&B), including water, will not be sold, and cannot be brought into the OCBC Arena. The consumption of F&B including water is also not allowed in the venue in accordance with government guidelines. Please consume or discard your F&B prior to security screening. Be sure to have a hearty meal before you enter OCBC Arena.

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

  • No commercial photography and videography are allowed.
  • No Flash photography is permitted during the matches.
  • Laptops, iPads & tablets are not allowed.

If You Need To Step Out of OCBC Arena Hall

  • When a match is in play: Exit the same way as you entered.
  • When a match is over: Please cooperate with our ground staff and take their guidance as we stagger exit timings to minimise crowding.

When Re-Entering The OCBC Arena Hall

  • Full re-verification is required. Please refer to the section on “Heading to the OCBC Arena on match day” for information

Singapore SmashZone

A host of activities await fans at the Singapore SmashZone which is open to the public

In line with COVID-19 guidelines, members of the public must show their proof of full vaccination* before they can enter. In addition, the zone may accommodate a maximum of 50 people each time and not more than 5 participants per table.
