The safety of the fans, athletes and staff at ONE Championship and its events are of the highest priority. In light of the recent advisories surrounding the COVID-19 virus, we want to immediately inform you that ONE: KING OF THE JUNGLE, scheduled for 28 February 2020 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, will now proceed as a behind closed door event for broadcast and live streaming only. Any patrons who have purchased tickets to ONE: KING OF THE JUNGLE are entitled to receive a full refund for event tickets.
Refunds will be processed through the following methods:
• For payment made by credit card (except SingPost transactions), refunds will be automatically credited to the same credit card used to process the transaction. It will take up to 14 business days for credit card refunds to be processed.
• For payment made by cash or NETS, and SingPost transactions, customers are to proceed to the box office at Kallang Wave Mall located in Singapore Sports Hub with their physical tickets and photo ID at the address below from 24 February 2020 till 29 February 2020 for cash refund.
