Gentle Yoga

Participants of all ages are invited to come and experience a rejuvenating hour of gentle restorative yoga for body and mind. Take some time out of your day for an opportunity to pause, unplug and enjoy quality practice time. Each session includes an opening section to re-center breathing and gentle poses/stretches to relax and heal our body & mind. Please wear exercise attire, bring your own yoga mat and towel.
