The Senior Customer Care Officer will play a key role in achieving operational efficiency and contributing to the development and implementation of the organisation’s policies, processes and training curriculum. This position will also assist in administrative duties that include overseeing manpower deployment, delivering customer service training and assisting in customer care reporting requirements.

Overview:

The Assistant Operations Manager, Customer Care, is responsible to recruit, coach and develop an effective team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exemplary customer experience. Apart from contributing to the development and implementation of the organisation’s policies and procedures, this position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures, conducting performance appraisals, addressing training gaps and resolving operational challenges and issues.
