Upon completion of the management trainee program, you will run operations of the facility, with a focus on front-line customer service.

Apart from contributing to the development and implementation of the organisation’s policies and procedures, this position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures, conducting performance appraisals, addressing training gaps and resolving operational challenges and issues.
