A session of freestyle routine with pulsating various genres and rhythms, this eclectic dance fitness programme will make you exercise and burn loads of calories without you even realising it. Improving coordination and agility, engaging the active state of mind and building cardiovascular endurance are the paramount benefits of this programme.
A highly intensive but slow paced conditioning workout that uses body weight, steps, plates and dumbbells. Expect a combination of aerobic techniques and muscle training moves. Excellent for both fat burning and muscle toning.
BOUNCE DANCE FIT
Bounce Dance Fit is a choreographed Dance Fitness class designed to make you fit while you enjoy different styles of street dance including hip-hop, waacking, vogueing, twerking and more. This 45-minutes dance class offers a great constant, energetic cardio workout that will get you sweaty in style!
A high-intensity interval training alternating between intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. A great class to condition the heart and burn total body fat effectively in shorter time. Suitable for participants aiming to get fitter stronger and leaner body. Variation will be provided to ensure everyone gets a good total body workout.
Kardio Freestyle is non-choreographed workout that usually involves pulling together a bunch of kardio moves and fitting them to the music. It’s a total body workout that involve agility, coordination, strength and flexibility.
Kickboxing is a high-intensity workout that draws inspiration from martial arts. Kicks and punches are incorporated to integrate both the upper and lower body in a total workout. This great workout will increase stamina, improve flexibility and build strength.

Pilates is a mat-based exercise programme that improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens core muscles.
Barre-base classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Pilates & Yoga. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercise that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Also, don’t be surprised if this class incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for a targeted core work.
PILATES KARDIO FLOW
Pilates is an exercise program that supports this philosophy, including concentration, precision, control, breathing, and flowing movements.
Great balance of body and mind can be achieved in with the improvement of blood circulation by Pilates exercises. Reduction in stress levels can also be experienced.
