about our fitness class
A highly intensive but slow paced conditioning workout that uses body weight, steps, plates and dumbbells. Expect a combination of aerobic techniques and muscle training moves. Excellent for both fat burning and muscle toning.
This form of exercise training focuses on performing intermittent of activity alternating between slow and fast speed to burn fat and build muscle in a short period of time whilst having fun!
Devote 45 minutes of your time to work out on problem areas such as your abs, buns and thighs. This class has a strong emphasis on these muscle groups, making it a perfect total body workout.
A class designed to start beginners off on aerobics and for those who are restarting an exercise programme. This exercise emphasizes on continuous rhythmic activity, with low-impact moves that enable calorie burning and muscle conditioning, contributing to overall aerobic fitness.
Kickboxing is a high-intensity workout that draws inspiration from martial arts. Kicks and punches are incorporated to integrate both the upper and lower body in a total workout. This great workout will increase stamina, improve flexibility and build strength.
MUAY THAI DRILL
This is a strength and conditioning programme consisting of a mix of aerobic (shadows boxing/kicking) and body weight exercises, incorporating high-intensity interval training, plyometric & calisthenics. This great workout helps to increase strength, endurance & coordination.
MUAY THAI PAD WORK
Learn the basic Muay Thai strikes. This workout will mix up the punch/kicking with proper techniques on pads to simulate different situations on offense and defense. At the same time, you will get the feel of the impact of each strike.
Newbody is a low impact workout utilizing light hand-held weights as you move your body to the music, consisting of functional strength moves to help build muscle strength, shape, stamina and train the body for performing daily activities with ability and ease.
Pilates is a mat-based exercise programme that improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens core muscles.
