A highly intensive but slow paced conditioning workout that uses body weight, steps, plates and dumbbells. Expect a combination of aerobic techniques and muscle training moves. Excellent for both fat burning and muscle toning.
BOUNCE DANCE FIT
Bounce Dance Fit is a choreographed Dance Fitness class designed to make you fit while you enjoy different styles of street dance including hip-hop, waacking, vogueing, twerking and more. This 45-minutes dance class offers a great constant, energetic cardio workout that will get you sweaty in style!
A class designed to start beginners off on aerobics and for those who are restarting an exercise programme. This exercise emphasizes on continuous rhythmic activity, with low-impact moves that enable calorie burning and muscle conditioning, contributing to overall aerobic fitness.
Kardio Freestyle is non-choreographed workout that usually involves pulling together a bunch of kardio moves and fitting them to the music. It’s a total body workout that involve agility, coordination, strength and flexibility.
Kickboxing is a high-intensity workout that draws inspiration from martial arts. Kicks and punches are incorporated to integrate both the upper and lower body in a total workout. This great workout will increase stamina, improve flexibility and build strength.
Newbody is a low impact workout utilizing light hand-held weights as you move your body to the music, consisting of functional strength moves to help build muscle strength, shape, stamina and train the body for performing daily activities with ability and ease.
Pilates is a mat-based exercise programme that improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens core muscles.
Barre-base classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Pilates & Yoga. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercise that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Also, don’t be surprised if this class incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for a targeted core work.
