Swim Safer programme is perfect for children new to swimming or lacks confidence in the water. With training tools such as noodles and bubbles to facilitate learning, students will be taught water safety, orientation, front and back movement skills.
Two programmes are available for children aged 5 - 8 years old, and 9 - 12 years old
This class is specifically designed for children who can swim without assistance. Swimmers will learn how to complete 1 to 2 lengths in the pool without stopping or being assisted. Strokes to be mastered are the flutter kick, over-arm recovery, and breaststroke.
Swimmers at this level learn how to swim each stroke (frontcrawl, back, side, and breast) without stopping and will be introduced to open-turns and the dolphin kick.
